qualified laptop repair technicians can perform software
installation and troubleshooting as well as repairs
of many components. We are located in Sterling, VA,
just outside of the Washington, DC metro area. We service
all major brands in laptop repair and maintenance.
DIAGNOSIS:
Diagnosis
of your machine is FREE if the repair is authorized
after diagnosis.
A $50 charge applies should the customer choose not
to go ahead with repairs after a successful diagnosis.
We will diagnose the problem and call you with an estimate
within 48 hours.
REASONABLE
RATES:
We offer rates which make sense. Cost of repair (labor)
can range from $90 - $180 per problem/case.
Installation of Operating System, Software and Data
Backup will cost extra at the rate of $65 per hour.
RUSH
SERVICE:
Rush service
available at an additional cost of $75. Turnaround time
1 -2 days. May not be possible in some cases.
